PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR
Job Description
Cocktail International is a Canadian company headquartered in Toronto. We are a full-service media and event management company, well-positioned in the North American MICE industry with an unblemished track record of organizing and managing exhibitions, conferences, and other special events for government agencies, associations, and trade bodies. We are looking for a Property Administrator who will be responsible for the following tasks
- Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents
- Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner
- Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
- Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
- Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
- Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
- Prepare expense and income reports
- Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
Compensation
$31.00-$34.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday
Hours: 32 per week
Requirements
Education:
Master’s Degree (preferred)
Commute: Mississauga, ON L4Z 2J1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Language:
